Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Vaultr (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vaultr. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.

4. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at vaultrapp@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscription and billing

• Vaultr offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription billed monthly.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Prices are listed at the time of subscription and may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-period refunds unless required by applicable law.

No refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months, unused subscription periods, or plan downgrades. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Vaultr is a financial tracking tool; it does not constitute financial advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaultr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or financial decisions made based on information within the app.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification.
